Welcome.
We are social beings that thrive on connection and a sense of belonging. I believe therapy is the most effective when we feel truly seen; that we matter. Seeking support can feel daunting and it takes courage to reach out and ask for help. Thank you for stopping here to learn more about me.
Hello. My name is Molly and I support individuals and couples in accessing their own innate wisdom and healing potential. My style is transpersonal and I believe the deepest, most impactful changes take place when we address issues holistically. We do this by engaging the mind (through talking/processing), the body (through movement, breath, or somatic techniques), and the spirit (through presence, expanded consciousness, meditation practices, etc.).
My Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when it addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My work integrates trauma-informed care with mindfulness and embodied practices, helping you reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways. Whether you’re exploring attachment patterns, working through recovery, examining LGBTQ identity, managing ADHD, or seeking transpersonal growth, I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals.
Creating Safe Space
I’m committed to providing an affirming, nonjudgmental environment where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and celebrated. My practice is a safe space for LGBTQ individuals and couples, and I approach each person with cultural humility and genuine respect.
Working Together
Therapy is a collaborative journey of self-exploration. I offer practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety while also creating space for deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and connection. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult transition, working to improve your relationship, or simply wanting to understand yourself more fully, I’m here to support you with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.
“I got to witness Molly’s work firsthand and was always impressed by her fierce compassion and skillfulness. I highly recommend working with her.”
